Michelle
Kittrell
is proud to represent her “southern roots”, on the Great White
Way, for the past 7 years. She can currently be seen, in the Broadway hit,
Hairspray. She plays the role of Brenda, understudies Penny and Amber, as
well as keeping the show “in check” as the dance captain. Other
Broadway credits include Urban Cowboy (“Bubbles”/Sissy u/s), Sweet
Smell of Success w/ John Lithgow (Senator’s girlfriend), Seussical,
Footloose (Ariel/Rusty u/s), and Grease! (Sandy u/s), Wonderful Town (Encores!).
She has also toured the U.S. and Europe with Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor
Dreamcoat, Footloose, Grease!, and 42nd Street (Lorraine). Some regional credits
include: Easter Parade (w/ Tommy Tune), Cabaret, Parade (Lincoln Center),
Ragtime (Evelyn Nesbit), Redhead, ..Forum, West Side Story (Graziella), Good
News! (Millie), and My Way. On television, she has performed in the 2002 and
2003 Tony Awards, the 2001 Miss America Pageant (w/ Tony Danza), Donny Osmond’s
“This is the Moment” concert, as well as numerous appearances
on the “Today” show & the “Ali and Jack” show.
Later in the year, she can be seen, on PBS, in “Broadway: An American
Musical.” Cast recordings of Seussical and Sweet Smell.
Kandice
Pelletier
– currently works as a New York Radio City Rockette and is a principal
dancer for the Georgia Ballet Company. Other performance credits include:
Royal Caribbean Production Cast, Bacchus Productions, and numerous industrials
– Anheuser Busch, Samsung, and Comdex. She is excited about receiving
1st runner-up to Miss Georgia and has recently won Miss National Sweetheart
for 2003. She recently was crowned Miss Manhattan and received 1st runner-up
at Miss New York. She is attending NYU while in New York working with the
Radio City Rockettes.
Andrea Young – was a student at Centre Stage for ten years. She moved to Los Angeles after graduation and continued to study dance. Andrea appeared in several performances around Los Angeles. She then moved across the country to New York City to pursue a Broadway career. Andrea joined the national tour of CATS playing the role of the Siamese cat. After touring the country for two years, Andrea was cast as a New York City Rockette.
Justin Tanner – has always been a triple threat; he sings, acts and dances. Upon graduation he entered the musical theater department at Point Park University. While in his first year of college he performed in Red Hot Broadway produced by Stepp Stewart. Justin was cast in two consecutive seasons of summer stock with the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera (CLO). During this time Justin had the opportunity to perform with legends such as Morgan Fairchild. He is currently studying in the theatre department at KSU where he starred in numerous plays such as Pippin.
Jillian
Martin – 2003 Georgia’s
Junior Miss, now attending Duke University where she is a sophomore majoring
in political science and pursuing certificates in journalism and markets and
management studies.
Keitha Minchew – is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia.
Keitha is now working in the Atlanta area and has been performing with the
Falcon’s cheerleaders for several years.
Carissa Lopez – has been working with an advertising agency in New York City. Carissa performed several seasons with the New York City Rockettes. While she was in New York she fell in love with the city and decided to stay and enjoys taking classes as much as possible.
Alison
McGeady
– is a 2004 graduate of Centre Stage and Roswell High School. She was
extended an invitation to audition for the Georgia Southern University Dance
Team. Alison was ecstatic when she made the dance team because it enabled
her to fulfill two of her life long dreams; becoming a physical therapist
and dancing.
